Being a vegan can be a wonderful wonderful thing, but it can also be difficult—not for your health but for your stomach. Eating vegan can be difficult, especially if you are on a tight budget. I would often eat as much as I could and still be hungry. It was not a good feeling. This is where the raw meal dietary supplement comes in. Your diet will no longer consist of “vegan” doughnuts and potato chips. (You will be free from unhealthy eating.) Raw meal is a culinary light in the darkness and the answer to the problem of feeling hungry. If you are feeling hungry as a vegan (which many of us do), raw meals provide incredible, satisfying nourishment that can be made in just minutes.
Raw meal is truly a dietary salvation for starving vegans. Now read and hear the good news that all vegans and non-vegans may enjoy. First of all, I would like to say that it’s affordable, with about 28 meals in one container. This is an excellent value when priced at about thirty-five to forty dollars a container—that is $1.45 per meal. Think about how many meals you can get for thirty-five or forty dollars that are organic, non-GMO, and packed with protein and vitamins for that kind of price with only about 1 min of preparation. I can’t think of any, because there aren’t any.
The raw meal supplement contains essentially the best superfoods, vegetables, and fruits all in one drink. Garden of Life’s Raw Meal is the best I have found so far. It’s completely organic, non-GMO, and packed with a whopping 20 grams of protein per serving. This stuff is the absolute best if you are in a hurry for work, need a snack before the gym, or, as advertised, used as an entire meal replacement. I use raw meal every time I’m in a time crunch, and I’m telling you right now, it leaves you satisfied and full of energy.
There are other raw meals out there, but Garden of Life’s Raw Meal one just happens to be the best one I have found. This is a meal replacement that can also be used post-workout. This raw meal is packed with 22 whole food vitamins and minerals, including vitamin B12, Biotin, and vitamins C, D, and E. Each serving has 20 grams of protein per serving and three different types of necessary fiber—dietary, soluble, and insoluble fibers. This is, hands down, the best meal replacement I have found for both men and women, and it tastes delicious!!! You will realize that this is the quick, all-in-one meal you have been looking for. It’s fast food, ladies and gentleman, but of the best kind; it is wickedly good for you and vegan friendly. As always, enjoy your week, and I’ll see you in the next post.
